We require a 50% deposit prior to the start of your site development.
Upon completion, we will notify you by email or telephone and
allow you to view your site from a temporary 'secret' location
on the Internet. Another 30% is to be paid when the job/project
is half finished. You will then have the opportunity to review
your new site. Upon your approval, simply remit the balance
of your account and we will upload your site to your prearranged
server location on the Internet.
The Customer will supply to AuAu within 7 to14 days after the
date of the agreement: Names of pages/links for website e.g.:
Home, Contact Us, etc. Via email or on floppy disk, in text
or MSWord format, the text for each page (up to 300 words per
page). Via email or on floppy disk, in jpeg or gif format, the
images (if any) for each page. Names for email addresses. AuAu
reserves the right to cancel a job if AuAu is of the opinion
that the Customer is acting improperly in the design. Warning:
Deposits made are non refundable if AuAu hasn't received the
desired information regarding the website project upon the due
time which is 7 to14 days.

Disclaimer of Warranties, Reservation of Rights and Limitation
of AuAu Liability
AuAu Web Solutions intends to use its best efforts to ensure
all Internet Web Pages and other services that are request are
published and performed in accordance with this Agreement. However,
AuAu Web Solutions acknowledges and Client agrees that mishaps,
including but not limited to errors, lapse, and delays may occur.
Business is accepted and conducted by AuAu Web Solutions only
upon the basis that AuAu Web Solutions sole liability in such
a case shall be for the correction of misinformation or errors
made by us and we are in no way liable for any consequential
or monetary damages including loss of business or other pecuniary
loss.
Accordingly, it is a fundamental term of this agreement and
the client agrees that in the event an error occurs, AuAu Web
Solutions liability in monetary damages shall directly relate
to the degree of error made in context to the total pages, but
in no event shall such liability exceed an amount equal to that
paid for the page items omitted, or in which the error occurs.
AuAu Web Solutions shall not be required to make corrections
to any errors or omissions in the pages following customer approval
and such changes may be subject to AuAu Web Solutions standard
maintenance fees.
Domain Name Registration is a service provided by AuAu on
behalf of the client, AuAu takes no responsibility for the successful
or unsuccessful application or registration of any domain names.
The client is at all times subject to the terms & conditions
set forward by the respective Domain Registrar. A copy of the
terms and conditions of the respective domain registrar can
be supplied only on request by the client.
Full Payment for Domain Registration is required upon notice
of a successful applications.
Client Copyrights and Trademarks
(a) Client assumes full responsibility for and warrants that
it is the owner of or is entitled to use any copyrights, trademarks
and trade names in its Pages. Client agrees to defend and indemnify
AuAu Web Solutions from all claims, losses and judgments arising
from or claimed to have arisen from the use of such marks and
names, together with any expenses, attorney fees and court costs
incurred by AuAu Web Solutions.
(b) Client warrants that it is authorised to engage in the business
or profession described in the Pages. Client agrees to defend,
indemnify and save AuAu Web Solutions harmless for any and all
damages arising from any claims that do not meet the requirements
of state or federal laws prohibiting false, fraudulent, deceptive
or misleading advertising, or that otherwise fails to comply
with any other standard applicable to Client.
AuAu Web Solutions Reservation of
Rights
AuAu Web Solutions may copy, link to, or reproduce Client
Pages in whole or in part.
The illustrations, composition, underlying HTML scripts, and
other art work, excluding registered trademarks, service marks,
and art work whose copyright is otherwise owned, used in preparation
of the Pages are the property of AuAu Web Solutions. Client
agrees the Pages may not be reproduced or assigned for reproduction,
in whole or in part, without the express prior written consent
of AuAu Web Solutions.
Client is granted perpetual, non-exclusive rights to Pages
and content of said Pages. Client agrees to notify AuAu Web
Solutions in the event that any major modifications are made
to original pages. Client shall not remove any references to
copyright, creation/creator credits and/or links to AuAu Web
Solutions Uniform Resource Locater address (URL), known collectively
as AuAu Internet Solution's web site. AuAu Web Solutions reserves
the right and Client agrees to allow AuAu Web Solutions to edit
said copyright information, creation/creator credits and/or
links to AuAu Web Solutions URL address at any time and in any
fashion, including but not limited to assignment of Copyright
ownership or removal of copyright information, creation/creator
credits and/or links to AuAu Internet Solution's URL address.
AuAu Web Solutions is not obligated to make a printed hardcopy
or electronic proof copy (i.e.. Floppy disk) of Client Pages.
Client agrees that AuAu Web Solutions may provide services
to other parties who may advertise the same or similar products,
services, ideas, or other matters.
The Client agrees to have links to AuAu Web Solutions on their
original web pages. After you have approved your "web site",
changes and/or additions are allowed and welcomed, but will
be at additional cost according to our standard maintenance
rates.
Please note cancellation fee will apply for all job cancellations,
deposits made are non refundable if AuAu have started on the
clients project.
